- I'm long over being a prude, & my desire to draw has returned. But first, I must purge all of my cringy old shit & store it in scraps where I can laugh over it's cringiness.
I feel I will learn nothing drawing in my own art style. I want to practice drawing fandoms in other fandoms art styles. This forces the brain to break away from it's safe space & experience variety. As for my own style, it will be more realistic from what I used to draw.
Returning to DA
I'm long over being a prude & after years, my desire to draw has finally returned. First I have to purge all my cringy old shit, which I'll keep in scraps jsut so I can laugh at how awful it all was.
Leaving drawing for cooking.
Though now that DA is 50% porn, I wouldn't have uploaded to this place anymore even if I did draw again. (Also got Carpal Tunnel).
Switching to culinary art.
Yes cooking; the one thing I can start that I always finish.
My wrist & hand cramp up when I draw, so my submissions will probably only be photoshops from now on.
Also, DA has now decided to allow softcore porn, so this site no longer has any class & it's all downhill from now on.
Fun fact: DA exists because people wanted an alternative to Elfwood, a similar but older site that's still around, with higher standards, more rules, & every piece of art has to have a mod's okay to even be uploaded.

Yes, I could always draw fanart or do photoshop requests. For free of course. It's probably illegal to charge for drawing someone else's characters or photoshopping someone else's image for profit.
